Joe Sapko

Joe Sapko has spent the last decade coaching youth baseball at multiple levels of Little League, including several All-Star teams in Chino Valley and Prescott. While his own playing experience ended after Little League, his passion for the game, player development, and youth mentorship has only continued to grow.

As the founder of Iron Kings Baseball, Joe’s vision is centered around building more than just competitive teams. His goal is to create a disciplined, development-first program where athletes learn accountability, humility, teamwork, and how to compete the right way.

A lifelong and die-hard Boston Red Sox fan, Joe brings energy, structure, and a genuine love for baseball into every practice and game environment. He believes strong culture, intentional coaching, and consistent development can have a lasting impact on young athletes both on and off the field.
